England bowler Stuart Broad has destroyed Australia. Completely, utterly destroyed Australian cricket in one morning on a day of infamy for Aussie Cricket – August 6, 2015 in #TheAshes
Putting the pain and embarrassment aside for the once great cricketing nation of Australia – the performance of Stuart Broad against our best batsmen is nothing short of brilliant.
The 29-year-old is mostly responsible for one of the most shameful performances in Australian sport at international level, in any sport, taking an astonishing 8 wicket for 15 runs.
The right hand seam bowler smashed Australia to pieces in just under two hours play in the first day at Trent Bridge.
The carnage was the fastest destructions of a Test match batting lineup in the history of the sport – outdoing a previous record set back in 1896.
Here is how Perth cricket fans reacted on Twitter #TheAshes:

I dunno… England might’ve *just* pipped us for honours in that session #Ashes — Click (@ClickCollins) August 6, 2015
Watching the @TheBachelorAU now but if it was the #Ashes2015 there would be five Australian cricketers that wouldn’t get a rose!

Broad 8-15 with AUS all out for 60. Staggering. Dismissed in under 100 minutes of play #Ashes — Glenn Mitchell (@MitchellGlenn) August 6, 2015
Can we rush through legislation to get these cricket players into the slammer though? #TheAshes
