Bar Lafayette — Perth
Located inside the stunning, heritage-listed 1910 Perth Technical School, Bar Lafayette is a cocktail and whisky bar like no other. Expect dim lighting, timber floors, vintage décor, and a focus on imaginative concoctions championing the very best local and international spirits. The Brookfield Place boozery in the heart of the CBD also boasts a diverse wine and craft beer list which complements their delectable range of bar bites.

Grab a few plates to share while you acquaint yourself with the super fresh Bowline Fizz, gorgeously fruity Yellow Submarine, and bold Nautilus.
Terrarium — Perth
Nestled on the corner of Howard Street and St Georges Terrace, the stylish yet slightly moody hangout known as Terrarium is the brainchild of legendary bartender David Stucken. Over the years, he’s poured at iconic joints like Bar Lafayette, Long Chim, and The Ritz, and with a couple of awards under his belt, it’s safe to say, the place is in good hands.
Sneaky Tony’s — Northbridge
If you’re a rum enthusiast, you won’t go wrong here. Sneaky Tony’s is one of Perth’s many hidden gems, home to more than 300 rum bottles from all corners of the globe. L’Chaim — Fremantle
Step back through time and immerse yourself in a world of fine cocktails and good times at L’Chaim. Hidden behind a door deep beneath The Old Synagogue, the name translates to a toast to life in Hebrew. We’ve heard that the intimate cocktail bar is also where Perth’s best bartenders clink glasses on their days off! And that’s saying something. Sieve through their range of signatures and classics, and pick a perch among the history books on the velvet booths. If you want our two cents, we love the cleverly named Audrey Hepburn, Possessed, Mexeroni, Godmother, and Final Word.

We highly recommend you get here ASAP!
Servo — Leederville
At Servo, the drinks are fun and fresh, offering unique twists on the classics everyone knows and loves. Ezra Pound — Northbridge
Tucked away in Northbridge, this intimate, low-key venue takes its inspiration from the American Prohibition era. A time when venues were forced to sneakily provide libations without alerting authorities. Ezra Pound opened in 2009 as one of Perth’s first small bars. Since then, it’s made a name for itself fusing a meticulously curated wine and beer list with extremely drinkable cocktails. You can thank us later.
