Welcome to Latitude 35°5, a new luxury accommodation that’s popped up in Goode Beach.

Experience effortless luxury and the total privacy of the exclusive Latitude 35°5, just a four-and-a-half-hour drive south of Perth.

Looking like it’s come straight out of our Pinterest dream home board, the sprawling residence sits perched atop a granite outcrop with panoramic views from Bald Head across Frenchman Bay and beyond.

You’ll feel a sense of quiet seclusion in natural bushy surroundings where the sound of birds and lapping water will become your morning alarm and head-to-toe windows will let the morning light flood in.

A true ‘Down South’ style luxury

Now, let’s talk interior because the inside is just as equally beautiful as the outside.

On your first step through the doors, you’ll be hit with an open-plan living space backdropped by magnificent coastal vistas of turquoise waters from every angle. The vibe is crisp luxury meets rustic touches with granite and marble countertops, timber, Italian leather sofas, and a colour palette of neutral tones and bright whites.

It features a chef-style gourmet kitchen, two guest bedrooms on the ground floor, an impressive stone fireplace for the chillier months, and a master suite atop the floating staircase that is simply jaw-dropping. Think of a private balcony, coffee station, champagne fridge, spacious walk-in robe, and cloud-like king-size bed.

Upstairs you’ll also find a separate lounge area with a large screen TV for movie nights and another separate bedroom with two king single beds perfect for the kids.

Heading outside, the lawn area provides ample space to enjoy some peace and quiet with a book in hand and the smell of fresh air, while an outdoor shower sits behind granite boulders for your post-beach rinse.

The surrounds

It’s probably doubtful you’ll even want to leave, but when you decide to venture out for the day there’s plenty around to see and do.

You can explore Goode Beach right on your doorstep, or head to other famous southwest beaches like Frenchman Bay or The Gap & Natural Bridge.

Food and wine won’t be hard to come by either with Limeburners Distillery nearby and plenty of iconic wineries throughout the Denmark region to sip on some world-class glasses. We’d recommend checking out Garrison Restaurant or the local fave Wilson’s Brewery if you’re on the hunt for a feed, while Castelli Estate and Single File Wines might tickle your fancy on the drinking front.

The residence is also not too far from the charmingly historic town of Albany and Denmark, so you can spend a day exploring more of Western Australia’s southwest.
