Pair’d Margaret River Has Just Announced This Year’s Program Of Events

Margaret River’s celebration of food and wine returns this November, with Pair’d bringing a world-class program of events to the South West.

Pair’d returns to the Margaret River Region this November with a festival program that continues to build the South West’s reputation as Australia’s premier food and wine destination. Running from November 20th to 23rd, the four-day celebration is hosted across iconic wineries and venues, blending globally renowned chefs, boundary-pushing sensory experiences, and some of the region’s best produce and talent.

Global chefs and a program like no other

This year’s line-up builds on last year’s sell-out debut, with thirty unique events spanning immersive long lunches, fire-forward feasts, and multi-sensory tastings. Festival highlights include the Australian debut of Argentine culinary legend Francis Mallmann, often dubbed the “Godfather of Fire”, who will showcase his signature open-flame cooking style in an unforgettable dining experience. Singapore’s Michelin-starred chef Dave Pynt will team up with Wills Domain for Burnt Ends and Friends, while collaborations between leading South West winemakers and chefs anchor the Pair’d Wine Dinner Series.

One of our top picks this year is Pair’d Beach Club, where a four-course feast meets local wines and iconic DJs on the sand for a beachside celebration. Ngilgi Reverie offers something truly unique: canapés and a soprano performance set deep within the ancient Ngilgi Cave, featuring renowned opera singer Silvia Colloca. For those after something avant-garde, Tasting Notes: The Sound of a Region invites guests to immerse themselves in original soundscapes inspired by Margaret River’s celebrated wines, reimagining terroir as something to be both heard and tasted.

Other returning favourites include the much-loved New Wave Gathering, celebrating low-intervention wines, and Nature’s Table, a four-course long lunch that honours the region’s rich agricultural heritage.
