Get away with an ecostay at Denmark’s newest luxury cabin getaway.
Timber walls and floors, minimalist interior and gum trees towering above; this is the recipe to relaxation concocted by the Upland Farm Luxury Farm Escape in Denmark.
This incredible airbnb is nestled on 107 acres of a working cattle farm, yep 107 acres, but with the added glamour of a modern eco-cabin.
The home is modern and very newly-built and, as the name suggests, was done with sustainability in mind.
Timber clad with huge glazed windows and doors that keep the elements at bay, the space is naturally temperature controlled.
But don’t worry, if you’re a bit chilly at night there’s also a fireplace to cuddle up next to – partner with a good book and a glass of wine – what else do you need.
The huge glazed windows not only helps keep the home at a comfortable temperature, but also invites the gorgeous Karri forest in and giving you the perfect opportunity for you to stare out into nature while sipping a warm drink.
There are also compost bins around back, with plans for a supply of fresh produce to be available for guests to pick while they stay at the farm.
Up to four of you can stay at this beautiful getaway, with one bedroom equipped with a king and single bed and the other a king and a cot.
There’s also an open-plan kitchen, washing machine and TV, meaning you can stay on this site for days on end and let the world pass by outside.
