The new Perth stadium sound and lighting system is incredible.
The 60,000 seat stadium has been showing off its awesome state of the art lighting and sound spectacular system to media tonight —- it was something like we’ve never seen.
The first full testing of the new Perth Stadium LED lighting and sound system was shown off to Perth media and streamed to Facebook and Twitter.

The (soon to be) iconic Perth stadium halo roof lighting system and interior flood lights lit-up Burswood, synchronised to the music of Aussie rock band AC/DC.
The massive stadium screens and LED signage boards also lit up as part in the spectacular.
Sports and concert attendees from 2018 onwards are in for a treat….

The team at Perth Stadium smashed out a rendition of ACDC ‘thunder struck’ to the cameras Tuesday night, showing off the light and sound in it’s full capcity for the first time.

The Perth Stadium system is billed as the biggest of any in the world.
The technology installed is called the Philips ArenaExperience capability.
The Perth Stadium entertainment installation is a massive LED pitch lighting system comprising of LED floodlights with a central control panel operation.
This system is synchronised with external lighting consoles for other types of lightshows and events, according to Architecture and Design.
The stadium’s roof canopy acts as a giant canvas upon which spectacular light shows are created with patterns and imagery via the connected light points.
