Yagan Square Perth precinct has arrived.
Perth’s newest precinct, Yagan Square, is open for business..
Located in the heart of the CBD, the Yagan Square Perth precinct has been years in the making. Yagan Square was officially opened today with traditional ceremonies and fanfare.
The official opening took place with traditional Whadjuk performances, music, children’s entertainers and other performers.
Sitting over the city train line – between Perth’s business district and Northbridge – the development is host dozens of specialty outlets, offices and cultural activations.
Watch behind the scenes as Kav Temperley from Eskimo Joe teams up with WA's top local artists to bring us The Shower Song.
At night, Yagan Square hosts spectacular lighting displays on the underside of the canopies and the iconic Digital Tower.
The Square will also host regular events, performances and celebrations.
Screenwest will draw on their extensive library of content and partnerships with national and international producers and filmmakers to curate, program and operate the digital tower and canopies.
The final tenancy overlooking the upper level amphitheatre is a casual dining collaboration by Kevin Ofperkuch of Bunbury Farmers Market and Paul Vanderplancke of Cantina 663.
18 other food outlets have just been confirmed.
The new Yagan Square food and beverage outlets are listed below (we are pretty excited to try these out asap)…
