Perth’s exclusive Prosecco Fountain brunch can be found at The Globe. If Prosecco isn’t quite your thing, then pimp out your drink at their Mimosa and Bellini station. Vic Park’s best bottomless brunch has to be at Sage! Starting off the brunch with creamy buttered croissants and a fresh mimosa is our way to go. The mains vary from a green tea noodle salad to stacked pancakes with ricotta, strawberry jam and biscuit crumble. Sage also provides a range of wines, beers, ciders, cocktails and juices to choose from! We recommend slipping on their SLAM juice in between glasses of alcohol.

Bottomless Yum Cha is back at Emily Taylors! Fill your bellies with bottomless dumplings, baos, rolls and more. You can even wash it all down with your choice of sparkling, wine, beer or Chinese tea. If you’re after a 3-course meal with bottomless gin cocktails then Stables is the way to go. For $79 per person, you can get 3 share style entrees and mains to dig into. This bottomless brunch doesn’t serve the normal go-to brunch classics like eggs on toast. Instead expect to indulge in some exquisite meals such as Exmouth prawn risotto and char-grilled Morocanna chicken breast.
If you want to continue to celebrate then upgrade to their Feeling Extra package and start sipping on Veuve Clicquot Champagne.
