That’s why Synergy is giving away a trip for two to enjoy Christmas 2018 in NYC.

Here are five ways that New York lights up – and totally rocks – Christmas.
The Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree
The actual tree – which sits at the heart of Rockefeller Center – is different every year. Amazing things to know about this year’s tree:
- It’s a real tree and it’s taller than a six-storey building.
- It’s lit with 45,000 energy-efficient LED lights connected by around 8 kilometres of lights.
- At the top, around 25,000 Swarovski crystals twinkle through a light sequencing program.
It’s definitely a hard Christmas tree to top.
Bryant Park Winter Village
There’s 150 Christmas-themed outlets including food and market stalls. A tree-lighting ceremony hosted by a celebrity and free ice-skating.

The people of Brooklyn sure know how to do Christmas.
This is a huge scale community effort with several blocks covered in Christmas lights, carols pumping from speakers and even tours running to help you find the best bits.

If you love German food and German beer, there’s every chance that you’d love Rolf’s. It’s a German restaurant in NYC’s Gramercy Park neighbourhood – and it’s lit up like this until May every year!
Fifth Avenue
Macy’s, Saks Fifth Avenue, Barneys, Bloomingdales… all the big-name stores are on Fifth Avenue.
Every year they go all out on their festive window displays, attracting visitors from around the city and around the world. It makes Christmas shopping – or even window shopping – that extra bit special.
