Pan Pacific High Tea is raising the bar at The Stage.
High tea, but make it boozy fun.
Pan Pacific Perth has partnered with Belvedere Vodka to unveil its newest high tea concept, The Theatre High Tea.
In a blend of old and new world theatre, the immersive dining event will reflect on history’s most iconic genres at The Stage – a pop-up hosting a lineup of show-stopping performances, carefully crafted cocktails, and dining concepts.
The vibe is moody, mysterious, and glamorous. Think bottomless brunch meets high tea meets classic theatre.
A menu of fanciful surprises
With a food menu crafted by the talented pastry chef and a cocktail list brimming with whimsical delights, the old glamour setting won’t be the only thing ticking boxes for guests.
Cocktails will be poured and crafted by The Stage’s Mixologists, with Belvedere Vodka starring as the main ingredient. Expect bright fairy floss, sweet caramel, punchy espresso, and a sprinkling of popcorn with a list including A Fairy Floss Affair, Rose Coloured Glasses, and a Belvedere Winter Spritz.
Foodwise you’ll be able to pick at Chef Audren’s famous spiced chicken sandwich, slow-cooked beef encased in dreamy golden pastry, and a crispy fish cake showcasing Murray River cod fillet to start. Moving onto the sweets will see a selection of drool-worthy Rich chocolate gâteau with Margaret River chocolate, fluffy profiteroles with rhubarb and white chocolate, and a delicate coffee Cornetto with whipped coffee mousse and wafer cone.
You’ll be leaving here with a very happy belly, that’s for sure.
Choose from four free-flowing packages
The Theatre High Tea will run every Saturday and Sunday afternoon from 2 – 4.30 pm.
The Stage will have two tiers for guests to choose from; Australian sparkling wine or Champagne Taittinger.
When booking, you’ll be able to choose from four options:
- Free-flowing tea and coffee from $60 per person
- Free-flowing sparkling wine from $80 per person
- Free-flowing sparkling wine with Belvedere Vodka cocktail on arrival from $95 per person
- Free-flowing Champagne Taittinger from $130 per person
