Australia’s largest pub, The Camfield, are inviting wine lovers to ‘REWINED’ at their four-part brunch series beginning January 16 to April 17.

A special wine paired brunch will take place monthly with four unique experiences showcasing 18 wineries with special guest appearances, held in The Hall on Saturdays from 11.30am till 3pm.

Kicking off the wine and brunch series on January 16 will be a showcase of the best the West has to offer at the ‘GO LOCAL’ brunch segment.

Championing WA’s small producers with dishes including Char-grilled Exmouth tiger prawns, The Mushroom Guys shitake mushroom tempura, Maffra cheddar & Warrigal greens risotto, Stirling Ranges grilled beef fillet and Cambray cheeses to finish.

Paired perfectly you will be enjoying wines from Millbrook Winery, Smithbrook Estate and Rockliffe from iconic WA regions Denmark, Margaret River, Pemberton and Geographe. 

Come February 13 The Camfield will be having a ‘CHARDY PARTY’ featuring six iconic Chardonnays from Chandon, William Fevre, Cape Mentelle, Leeuwin Estate and Saint Clair along with four lavish courses. Who doesn’t love a good Chardy?

Experience ‘WINE UNTOUCHED’ on March 6 for the third part of the series. Relax and unwind as you sample wines of minimal intervention, arguable the hottest new wine trend of late, presented by Chalari Wines, The Alchemists and Chaffey Bros Wine Co with dishes sourced using sustainable farming practices. 

Capping off the brunch series on April 17 is ‘WINE GIANTS’ – celebrating the biggest winemakers in the business including the likes of Leeuwin Estate, Penfolds, St Hugo, Cape Mentelle and Vasse Felix. Indulge in the list of eight rare all-star vintages with four delicious courses to match.
