The Swan Valley in recent years has transformed and is fast becoming a family-friendly destination in Perth and its not hard to see why with most venues offering wide open spaces and playgrounds for kids to roam free and enjoy.
Entwined in the Valley has leveraged off the back of this and is also looking to cater for the families of Perth.

Fiori Coffee Carnivale
While kids and coffee isn’t the go here.
Grow ups can picnic baskets to purchase featuring coffee-inspired dishes, and coffee-rubbed brisket in a bun available from the Smokehouse.
As coffee lovers, you can also indulge in a coffee cupping masterclass or a coffee-inspired long table high tea on the lawn under the trees.
The kids will be entertained while you enjoy your hot brews. The family can set up on the lawn, dance to the jazz music and be dazzled by circus entertainers on land and lake.
There will also be added family activities including a kids nature hunt, paddle boats on the lake, face painting and more.

Food, Fun and Wine
Well, it says it in the title really.
Carilley Estate will have plenty of activities for adults and children including a bouncy castle, animal farm, pony rides and its own playground.
While the kids are off entertaining themselves, parents can sit back and relax with their own picnic basket or enjoy a wine tasting, a la carte lunch or wood-fired pizza.

Swan Valley Sister and Friends Market Day
Entwined ambassador Tara Farrell, her sister Ann-Marie Conama and friends welcome you to their second annual market day as part of Entwined in the Valley.
Looking for a healthy family event? This one ticks the box with a focus on fresh, local produce, local art and beverages.
Stalls will include Express Wildlife Rescue, face painting, local art and crafts, Swan Valley Tea, Swan Valley Kombucha, Honey in the Garden, trapeze acts and more.
Activities will include asparagus picking, ‘name that tree’ hunt and free arts and crafts for the kids to enjoy. Not to mention Swan Valley Wagon Tours will be at market day with horse and cart rides around the property.

Kids Get Painting
Parents this will be the perfect excuse to spoil yourself with a trip to the Cheese Barrel so you can relax and eat cheese while the kids explore their creativity.
Book your budding Picasso into a fun, hands-on painting session with the Karen Price of Hills Visual Artistry.
Parents, you can sit back and relax with the full Cheese Barrel menu, including Olive Farm Wines, while the masterpieces are being created in their 45min art sessions.
Bookings are essential and places are limited. Ticket price includes all materials plus apple slices to munch on!
Classes are recommended for ages 4-12.

Spring Art and Craft Markets
One of the Swan Valley’s winery hotspots will turn onto a market paradise.
Spend a leisurely Sunday wandering through the heart the art and craft market stalls at Ugly Duckling Wines.
With ample room for the kids to be entertained, they can also take a look at the sculptures or stroll through the vines.
Parents can indulge in some free wine tasting or plan to stay on for delicious cellar food and wine with live music from 1pm.
As a pet friendly location you can really bring the whole family.
