Get in the Christmas spirit with Claremont Showgrounds Fireworks Spectacular!
Ho Ho Ho it’s our favourite time of the year- Christmas is here! And what better way to celebrate than with a FREE 5-day Christmas Festival.
It’s no secret that 2020 hasn’t been everyone’s favourite year, but it’s time to finish it off right with a bit of Christmas cheer and celebrate in style- this one is going to be huge!
Claremont Showgrounds will be hosting this family friendly community event from Friday December 18th– Tuesday December 22nd every day from 3pm-10pm with loads of Christmas fun for the whole family. This is sure to make up for all your Royal Show withdrawals and will be a Christmas festival you simply can’t miss.
So, what exactly is on offer?
Outdoor Animal Farm
Who are you kidding if you don’t go to the Royal Show every year just to see the adorable animals? There will be everything from reptiles to Australian wildlife ready to greet you at the showgrounds this year.
Kids Activities
There’s plenty of fun and entertainment to keep the kids going with a Kids Crafts workshop to get those little hands working.
Live Entertainment
Enjoy a range of entertainment with kid’s stage shows featuring the Sesame Street Christmas Party Stage Show and Avengers Stage Show and a live Carols Concert in the evening. Make sure to be on the lookout and snap a photo with the man of the hour as Santa will be in attendance.
Fireworks
Catch the CHRISTMAS GRAND FINALE EVERY NIGHT as the Christmas Parade winds its way through the Showground then sit back and enjoy the Christmas Carols Concert on the main arena before rounding the night off with Perth’s biggest Christmas Fireworks & Light Show.
Rides, Sideshow Games and Showbags
It’s pretty much The Royal Show in December and they’re pulling out all your favourite exciting rides, showbags and Sideshow Alley games.
Adults can also enjoy a drink at their themed bar to keep them sane while the kids run wild.
Local Food Trucks & Christmas Markets
It’s all about supporting small local businesses and you can do just that by grabbing some last-minute Christmas shopping from the market stalls or munching down on the delicious variety of eats from local food trucks.
The entire event will be managed under a COVID safe plan and will implement social distancing, cleaning and sanitising stations throughout the venue so you can enjoy your day stress free.
