Big kids and little kids, listen up – because this is one huge exhibition you do not want to miss.
WA Museum Boola Bardip’s new Dinosaurs Of Patagonia exhibition is one of the hottest things to do in Perth right now, featuring full-scale casts of dinosaurs from an ancient time in Patagonia, alongside incredible fossils and new finds.
Walk among some of the largest dinos to ever walk the Earth with 13 species, 16 skeleton casts, and interactive 3D animations.
During the upcoming school holidays you can take the kids down for a dino dance party at the Torchlight Dinosaur Disco on October 7, where budding paleontologists can explore the Dinosaurs of Patagonia exhibition by torchlight, enjoy dino-tastic activities, grab dinner under Otto the Blue Whale, and bust out some moves in a silent disco.
They’ll also be opening the doors to the newest attraction every Friday night from 5 pm – 8 pm for the adults to explore after dark while sipping on wine and delicious dino-themed cocktails. The Bar Before Time will provide a night of food and wine alongside the exhibition with music and late night pop-up talks from some of the experts.
