For those wanting a cosier celebration, The Beaufort’s hidden speakeasy — Cypher — will be open for late-night lounging. Tucked away behind a glowing cryptic code-covered wall, the quirky cocktail bar has one of the largest spirit lists in Perth and a cocktail range to boot. 

Sip on an Astor cocktail with buttered popcorn whiskey, bitters, and caramelised popcorn, or the vodka, raspberry, and citrus Bubble Club — topped with a smoke bubble — for something both sweet and sour. 

Classic cocktails of espresso martinis, cosmopolitans, and margaritas, as well as a wide array of beers, ciders, sparkling, champagne, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages will also be available.

Full food and drink menus will be accessible throughout the evening for you to order from. 

Join the party from 6:00 pm and enjoy the entertainment until the festivities finish at 2:00 am. 

Lotus Dining Experiences 

For something more intimate, farewell 2022 at Lotus, the Beaufort’s modern Southeast Asian restaurant. 

Choose from one of two indulgent four-course share-style menus, carefully selected by Head Chef Sundoo Kim.

For a more relaxed evening, join the earlier dining slot ($89.00) with the session to begin at 6:00 pm. Start the night off with a glass of top-shelf bubbles. 

Feeling more boujee? Opt for the late-night dining experience for $169.00 and indulge in a premium four-hour beverage package starting at 8:30 pm. 

Top up your glass with more premium bubbles at midnight and toast to a prosperous 2023.
