In 2022, Foo Fighters fans around the world were stunned to hear of the death of long-time and loved Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins. Fans in Australia were further saddened as the then Foo Fighters Australian tour was cancelled with many fans wondering if this was the end of the Foo Fighters.
But, it seems you can’t keep the Foo Fighters down as the show must go on and in tribute to Taylor Hawkins.
Following last week’s release of their latest album But Here We Are, the 15-time GRAMMY® winners Foo Fighters will return to Australia and New Zealand this summer, including Perth for their first headline tour since 2018.

Tour Dates
Perth will be the first leg of the Australian tour with the Foo Fighters taking the stage at their usual stadium ground, HBF Park, on November 29th, 2023.

Who is the drummer for the Foo Fighters?
In a video posted last month, Foo Fighters revealed long-time friend and veteran drummer, Josh Freese, will join their touring line-up.
Freese is a very accomplished drummer in his own right having previously played drums for Guns N’ Roses, Nine Inch Nails, Paramore, Offspring, and Weezer.
