The good news is that everything is fine and 0 new cases have been recorded overnight and the press conference was called to essentially say everything is fine.
“This morning I can confirm that Western Australia has recorded zero new cases of COVID 19 overnight. This means WA total case numbers remain at 1029,” Mr McGowan said.
In further good news Mr McGowan provided an update on the close and casual contacts for the original local cases.
Close contacts related to the northern suburbs cluster, 383 people out of 398 or 96% have now tested negative and 2334 out of 2882 or 81% casual contact have now tested negative.
