Perth Lego lovers will be in heaven when Lego Australia open the first Perth Lego store in 2021.

Get excited as Lego Australia is set to open its first official Perth store just in time for Christmas.

This means you will no longer need to just buy your Lego online as you will be able to go in-store to see and touch.

While initial reports in 2019 suggested Perth would see our first store in 2020 – no doubt COVID-19 played a role in that delay. New reports have noted negotiations on securing a site are underway, with Joondalup, Karrinyup or Garden City shopping centre as the front runners.

“We have been progressing discussions on a number of fronts and are reasonably confident our first Perth store will open this side of Christmas,” Mr Facioni said.

A further two stores are then rumoured to be open in 2022, giving Perth 3 offical Lego stores.

There are currently eight Lego-certified stores in Australia and one in New Zealand.
