Frasers Hospitality, in conjunction with Frasers Property Australia, has pivoted its luxury hotel offering to now provide affordable, un-serviced, short-term lease options – introducing a fresh new option to the residential rental market.
Locals can now live in a luxury one-bedroom apartment at Fraser Suites Perth for a weekly rent comparable to a conventional CBD apartment (and nightly rate of some hotel rooms) but without the commitment of a long-term lease.
It’s an innovative collaboration between our Australian hospitality and residential arms of the multi-national Frasers Property business, and a thoughtful response to the collapse in demand for conventional hotel rooms due to COVID-19.
At Fraser Suites Perth, within the Queens Riverside precinct, there are luxury one-bedroom apartments available which are fully-furnished and self-contained with separate bedroom, well-equipped kitchenette, washer/dryer, windows that open and, in selected apartments, balconies.
The one-bedroom apartments are available from $500 per week.
Utilities and high-speed WiFi are included in the rent and there is a 24-hour Concierge.
