Bryce Cotton started his NBL career points haul in a game against the Sydney Kings in 2017. Today, it was quite fitting that in a big win against the Kings, Bryce Cotton became the third player ever to score 5,000 points in the NBL in the 40-minute era. The only other players to do so are Chris Goulding and Daniel Johnson.
Although Cotton will be celebrating reaching the milestone and creating history, he’ll likely be more focused on the 104-98 victory on the road and the rest of the games between now and the post-season. The Wildcats currently sit three wins clear in second spot on the ladder and have won 13 of their last 15 games.
