Highland Gathering and Perth Kilt Run

Highland Gathering

Celebrate all things Scottish with the largest Highland Gathering event held in Western Australia, the Highland Gathering and Perth Kilt Run.

Of course, many Western Australians can trace their ancestry back to Scotland and this event will celebrate that heritage in a uniquely local way.

Scottish Terriers will feature as part of the Highland Gathering and Kilt Run

In true Scottish style, the event is the only dedicated fun run in the nation that’s done in kilts. (Lets hope the wind isn’t blowing too much on the day.)

BYO kilt and attempt the 2.5km Classic or the 5km Warrior. It’ll be a spectacle of bagpipes, kilts, and all things Scottish.

After the run, the medieval fair gets underway, where you can experience Scottish arts and crafts, highland dancing and bagpipe competitions. They’re will be Scotty dogs, Heavy Events competitions and of course, the infamous highlander dish of haggis.
