Midnight deadline for your enrolment to participate in marriage equality survey
If you want to have your say in the upcoming marriage equality national postal vote, you’ll need to act now.
Australians who want to participate in the postal survey have until midnight tonight to enrol or miss out.

If you have moved house since the last election, please update your address so you receive a postal vote ballot.
According to media reports, up to 500,000 young Australia’s are missing from the electoral roll.
Some 55,000 people have been added to the Australian electoral roll in 2-weeks, however many thousands still have yet to act – especially 18-39 year old Australians.

Postal votes go out from September 12
The forms will contain the voluntary question: “Should the law be changed to allow same-sex couples to marry?”

August 24 — the final day to register with the AEC if you want to take part in the survey
September 12 — survey forms start being sent out
October 27 — forms are strongly encouraged to be returned by this date
November 7 — the final deadline to return surveys
