Scenes captured and published on YouTube show Perth shoppers line up early to be first ones in the store to grab toilet paper.
It was great to see everyone being courteous and respectful of each other and walking in an orderly line during a time of such uncertainty with the spread of the Coronavirus.

Online shopping
We have temporarily paused our online ‘Pick up’ and ‘Delivery Now’ services due to temporary shortages on a number of items and to allow our teams to focus on serving customers in-store.
Refunds on any existing orders are currently being processed.
Quantity limits per shop
- *New* Dry Pasta – 2 pack limit per shop
- *New* Flour – 2 pack limit per shop
- Tissues – 2 pack limit per shop
- Paper towel, serviettes and wipes – 1 pack limit per shop
- Toilet paper – 1 pack limit per shop
- Hand sanitiser – 2 unit limit per shop; and
- Bulk rice (2kg+) – 1 pack limit per shop.
These new additions will help ensure more of our customers have access to essential goods in the face of unprecedented demand for certain products.
Woolworths continues to work closely with its suppliers to get even more product into stores and onto the shelves for customers as quickly as possible.

To continue to allow everyone the opportunity to purchase staple items, the following purchase limits are currently in place:

- Paper tissues
- Hand sanitisers
- Mince meat – includes Beef, Pork, Lamb, Chicken & Turkey
