2 more COVID-19 cases confirmed from overseas travellers.

Latest Perth COVID-19 update has seen 2 more confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the state – taking the total number of active cases to 27.

The confirmed COVID-19 individuals were from hotel quarantine and are related to overseas travel.

Meanwhile, in Victoria, they have recorded another daily high of 317 new cases of COVD-19 overnight.

Among Thursday’s new cases, 28 are linked to known outbreaks while 289 cases are under investigation

Unfortunately in Victoria there have also been 2 more deaths both mean in their 80’s due to COVID-19, bringing Australia’s death toll to 113.

A woman travelling from Victoria to South Australian has tested positive. The woman who had returned to Australia and quarantine in Melbourne had now tested positive after moving on to South Australia.

In New South Wales a further 10 new COVID-19 cases have been confirmed, taking the active total up to 44 active.
