New South Wales has the highest number of confirmed cases in Australia with 307 – which is more than some countries.

Meanwhile, in the U.S over 40 million people have been told to stay home in California with a statewide shutdown confining residents to self-isolation.

At the time of this shutdown, California has 908 confirmed cases.
