Boab trees and a red earth monolith in the golden sunset. Discounted travel in Kimberley region

Discounted Travel, Accommodation, And Airfares As Part Of New Kimberley Tourism Program

Experiencing Western Australia's Kimberley region is now easier than ever with discounted travel, accommodation, and airfares.

Discounted travel, accommodation, and airfares are now available for visitors to the Kimberley region in 2024. The incentive will make it easier than ever for West Australians, and out-of-state tourists to travel and experience all the region has to offer.

The Kimberley Season Pass is part of the State Government’s ongoing efforts to support local tourism businesses in their recovery from last year’s unprecedented weather events.

The offer will include a range of travel incentives, such as a 50% discount on Kimberley tours and experiences — when booked through the Broome and Kununurra Visitor’s Centre

Along with $100.00 off stays at Kimberley caravan and holiday parks through a partnership with the Caravan Industry Association of WA.

Discounted airfares

The Pass also incorporates discounted airfares with Nexus Airlines through the Fly a Friend for Free promotion, which offers a 50% discount on flights when purchasing two tickets.

Airnorth will also be offering reduced airfares into Broome and Kununurra.

The $2.8 million package is another step towards a full recovery, following the devastating flooding last year.

“Our Government is proud to continue to support the Kimberley tourism industry in working towards full recovery for both tourism operators and the region’s broader economy from last year’s flooding,” Tourism Minister Rita Saffioti said.

“I really urge our community, as well as tourists from interstate and abroad, to consider including a trip to the Kimberley as part of their travel plans this year – a trip that’s even more attractive now with these discounted airfares and other incentives,” she said.
