Get the gin lover in your life a gin gift they will totally adore at Republic of Fremantle.
Get into the festive spirit in boozy fashion this year and discover a range of unique gifts for the gin lover in your life from Republic of Fremantle.
I’m talking a chance to make their own gin, touring the distillery, tasting Republic of Fremantle’s vodka and gins, or discover their new bottled cocktail range and gift vouchers – your present is set to be a sure favourite.
Send Them To Gin School | $170
This might be the only time we can say we love school.
Give them a unique, hands-on experience where they can create their very own gin and distil it themselves on mini-pot stills.
The 2.5 hour class takes place on Republic of Fremantle’s Distillery floor alongside their one-of-a-kind copper stills, with a cheeky G&T served upon arrival and history lessons they’ll actually want to pay attention to. At the end they’ll leave with a 500ml bottle of their gin creation and massive smiles (guaranteed).
Let Them Tour & Taste | $50
They can experience and explore Republic of Fremantle for themselves, with this awesome voucher for two that includes a behind the scenes tour and spirit tastings.
They’ll learn the history of craft distilling as they’re introduced to a tasting of the flagship range with two gins and a signature vodka- plus G&T’s to finish at the Bar. You might just have to join them.
Gift Them A Bottled Cocktail
Get a little fancy with some totally gift worthy bottled cocktails featuring their flagship range of vodka and gins, mixed by the Republic’s bartenders themselves.
Choose from the Classic Martini starring their Aromatic Gin and house dry vermouth blend, the Vesper Martini featuring Signature Vodka and Aromatic Gin paired with Lillet Blanc and Orange Bitters, or the Negroni Classico will bring joy to anyone who enjoys a punchy Negroni on the weekend.
Gift Them A Bottle Of Gin
They won’t say no to an exceptionally crafted bottle of silky-smooth gin especially when they hear it has been made from the harvest of locally grown grapes in the Swan Valley.
You can either grab the Full Bodied Gin, which is a classic dry gin sporting bold herbal and peppery flavours with a luxurious spiced finish (perfect for bolder cocktails), the Aromatic Gin, contemporary and refreshing with a zing of zesty flavours and floral undertones or go with the limited release Summer Gin for a crisp, floral taste and refreshing pineapple and green tea flavours.
Still Don’t Know? Go With A Gift Voucher
If you’re still not sure what will tickle their fancy, give them the gift of choice.
The voucher can be used towards any Republic of Fremantle online products including spirit and distillery experiences and it’s valid for 12 months from purchase, with $50, $70 and $100 options.
A Little Bit On The Republic Of Fremantle
The Republic of Fremantle is a craft distillery in the heart of Freo’s historic west end. With a sleek, urban bar serving up their house-made spirits in a mix of modern and classic cocktails along with a fresh menu of share plates and aperitivo style snacks.
The Republic of Fremantle has been making headway with their internationally acclaimed flagship range collecting several medal awards in their first this year, including Best International Contemporary Gin at American Distillers Institute awards for their Full Bodied Gin.
Republic of Fremantle are doing things differently with their distilling processes. Sourcing wine from 100-year-old Verdelho grapevines in the Swan Valley in Western Australia, to distil into vodka and then gin.
Their innovative grape-to-glass distilling process gives life to silky-smooth vodka and gin with greater complexity of flavour and aroma. Intentionally retaining honeydew melon and floral characters of the Verdelho during distillation for rich, vibrant aromatic flavours and a luxurious mouthfeel as the spirit glides over the palate.
