Bang Thai
Bang Thai offers traditional Thai food. From Green Curry chicken to Pad Thai with Chicken Sambal mince, they have a variety of dishes to please all Thai food lovers. Fresh, tasty and generous serves are sold at a reasonable cost. The end of day hails the heavily discounted leftovers placed in containers for the lucky few that snap up a bargain to take home for dinner.
BLK
BLK Espresso is Carillon’s answer for Perth’s coffee lovers, snobs and enthusiasts. They use Vittoria coffee beans however it is a South American dark roast that packs a flavoured punch. Along with juices, slices and a comfy hang out seating, this is perfect for client meetings, friend catch ups or a quality coffee.

Oporto
Oporto has been around for 30 years founded in Bondi, NSW. A relatively newer eatery in WA it offers Portuguese style chicken products. Ranging from a Chicken BLT Burger to a spicy chicken embrulho, Oporto has a multitude of chicken options.
Salsa’s
Salsa’s is fresh Mexican grill takeaway or dine in at the spacious and comfortable Carillon City food court. Pictured is the pulled pork bowl. The pork is on a pile of rice and beans. They serve fresh cooked to order burritos, nachos, tacos, quesadillas and share platters for the Mexican lovers.
Skewerz
Skewerz offers Mediterranean food in the form of kebabs, salads, gyros, drinks and meat boxes with sauce and chips
Subway
Subway is a great choice for subs for breakfast and lunch on the go. From nine subs with six grams of fat or less before the sauces, to traditional subs such as meatballs and Italian BMT, Subway also now makes premium subs like the chicken parmigiana. For $12.50 you can get one of the best Indian lunches going around in the CBD at Thali Contemporary Indian. As pictured below, three choices of curry – here is chicken vindaloo, lamb rogan josh and chicken tikka masala- are served with a naan bread, pappadum and generous serve of rice which will leave even the hungriest of Indian food lovers comfortably satisfied.
The Perfect Leaf
The Perfect Leaf are tea and bubble tea specialists. Pictured here is a matcha shake with red beans and rice bubbles. At $6.00 a serving, they are high quality and low cost. They also serve hot dogs and dumplings with combos for lunch and take away.
Chinese Canton
Chinese Canton offers a self-serve Chinese food experience. A large combination will set you back $12.90 and you can pile your self-serve plate full of Chinese food working your way down the buffet aisle. With made to order dishes available as well, Canton Chinese has the Chinese food lovers covered.
Reef & Beef
Reef & Beef offers a range of carvery roast meals and fish and chips for the Carillon’s food court. From roast lamb, to roast beef to a traditional roast dinner with gravy, Reef & Beef also do hot meat rolls with or without gravy to keep you warm through the winter and satisfied through the summer.
Hong Kong Chinese & Himalayan Curry
Hong Kong Chinese & Himalayan Curry offers a range of traditional Hong Kong Canton dishes and noodles inspired by the Himalayan region. It is a popular food outlet in the Carillon with many nodle, rice, soup dishes made fresh to order. You can also self-serve from their hot ready-made selection.
Sarpino’s Pizzeria
Sarpino’s offers pizzas for kids to adults ranging from $5.50 for a kids pizza to $21.50 for a family pizza. With popular classics like the Margarita, pepperoni, vegetarian, Sicilian and Italiano pizza on the menu they also serve premium pizzas, salads, pastas and sides such as cheese sticks and chocolate pizza to leave your inner pizza desire fulfilled.
