The month of May signifies the persimmon season. The orchards will be open for orchard walks, photos, cider tastings, fresh fruit purchases, and lunch picnic-style with food vendors and on-site cafés.
Raeburn Orchards’ autumn harvest includes persimmons, pomegranates, apples, and pears which are picked at their peak and sold directly from the orchard — proving the destination is so more than just an Instagram hotspot.
There’s also an assortment of gourmet preserves, local honey, dried fruit and nuts, and ice cream so there’s no excuse to leave without grabbing some amazing produce.
