HYDE Perth Kitchen & Cocktails at The Adnate

Summertime vibes are available poolside at HYDE in Perth city all year round.

Part of artisan hotel The Adnate, here you’ll find sun lounges, DJ decks and bottomless fries. Treat yourself with their all you can eat fries (for one hour), which is priced at $12 for one person, $20 for two and $40 for four. The current menu has them accompanied by jalapeno cream and sesame, garlic cream and furikake, and chipotle – but they are subject to change.

But no matter what the flavour bombs are on offer, you’ll be tempted to double down and have a second hour to do it all over again.

RoyAl’s Chicken & Burgers

It’s not just burgers that RoyAl’s have made a name for themselves with at their three different Perth venues: it’s what they’re doing with potatoes too. 

While their bravas tater tots (loaded with mayonnaise, hot sauce, spring onion, onion and coriander) and loaded cheese and bacon tots (with jalapeno cheese sauce and jalapenos) aren’t quite fries, they do deserve a pretty special mention just thanks to their pure decadent deliciousness.

But they do also have their gringo fries ($12), which have Cajun pulled pork, sour cream, hot sauce, spring onion, coriander, red onion and jalapenos.
