Famous US wellness brand StretchLab has opened in WA.
Imagine a life with no back or joint pain. Glorious, hey?
As simple as the act of stretching out daily may seem, we often don’t make time for it or end up doing it wrong. Basically, we’re not reaching our full stretch potential.
The popular US wellness brand has won over the likes of Gwenyth Paltrow and offers one-on-one tailored stretching sessions that are designed specifically for your body needs and pain points.
It currently has four locations across the state, which include Claremont, Currambine, Highgate, and South Perth.
Freddy Hollow, Owner of StretchLab locations Claremont, Highgate and South Perth, is excited to put flexibility in reach for all demographics.
“Having turned around a chronic illness that plagued me for 15 years, I am super passionate about helping other people meet their wellness goals.”
“I know how feeling unwell or in pain can affect our work, relationships, and personality and I am motivated to help others feel better each and every day.”
If you think stretching is just for the athletes and gym junkies of the world then think again. From desk workers worried about their hunching to people in rehab to regular sports injury sufferers, stretching can increase flexibility, reduce muscle and joint pain, improve posture, increase sports performance, and reduce stress.
Participants who head to StretchLab can choose from a 25 or 50-minute one on one session with advanced ‘flexologists’ or join in on one of the group classes.
