Perth Jacaranda Blooms – Beautiful Purple Flowers Wow City
Multiple Perth suburbs are looking spectacular right now, with hundreds of Perth Jacaranda trees in full bloom.
Yes, Perth is “Jacarana heaven” right now, as Louise Scott from Tourism WA tweeted recently.
The Jacaranda is a sub-tropical tree native to south-central America, but is now common in many of Australia’s major cities – especially here in Perth.
Many of Perth’s older ‘burbs are lined with Jacaranda trees – some of the best are in Applecross and Mount Pleasant near Canning Highway, Subiaco, Nedlands and Peppermint Grove in the western suburbs and Mount Lawley and Inglewood, just north of Perth City; Burswood and Victoria Park just east of the city.
