Introducing The Cottesloe Pier – an eco-friendly concept designed to bring vibrancy back to Cottesloe.

The Concept

Every successful beach needs a focus to transcend it from a mere stretch of white sand into a magnet for thousands of beach worshippers to come and celebrate beach life. The intention is to develop an iconic structure approximately 30 metres from the end of the existing Cottesloe groyne that would enhance the public domain of the Cottesloe Beach front and bring a vibrancy and excitement back to the area.

At the heart of this proposal is the vision to deliver a multipurpose venue that makes an important contribution to the local community and provides patrons with an exceptional hospitality experience at an affordable price. The proposal includes a café/restaurant/function room, an underwater observatory and associated piers and pavilions.
