Perth in International Festival of Football blockbuster event will see Manchester United Aston Villa, Crystal Palace and Leeds United play in Perth at Optus Stadium.
English Premier League giants, Manchester United are coming back to Perth and this time they are bringing a few more teams with them to Optus Stadium in July, 2022.
Manchester United will be joined by Leeds United, Aston Villa and Crystal Palace for a two-night football extravaganza at Optus Stadium.
This of course isn’t Man-U’s first visit to Perth, as this will now be their second trip to Perth in three years, along with Leeds United.
In 2019, Manchester United played both Perth Glory and Leeds United at Optus Stadium as part of a 10-day tour.
Manchester United beat our local Perth Glory 2-0 in front of 50,206 fans and then made easy work of Leeds United 4-0 in front of 55,274 fans.
Fixtures
Leeds United and Crystal Palace will play on Friday July 22, while Manchester United will take on Aston Villa Saturday 23 July.

While we are still months away from the matches, it has been stated by the State Government that the EPL clubs had committed to bringing full squads, which means Perth football fans could have the chance to watch Manchester United superstar Cristiano Ronaldo take the pitch at Optus Stadium.
