The government announced that tomorrow, Thursday 22 September, will be a one-off Queen’s Memorial public holiday as a national day of mourning for Queen Elizabeth II.
While it’s great the majority of the punters of Perth will have the day off, there is a lot of confusion as to what will be open and when given the recently announced public holiday.

Kmart, Bunnings & BIG W Opening Hours In Perth
Those wondering if Kmart, Bunnings and Big W will be open this public holiday can rest easy as all three retail giants will be open on the Queen’s Memorial public holiday, Thursday 22 of September.
Big W
All Big W stores will be open and operating from 11am – 5pm.
Bunnings
In WA all Bunnings stores will be open and with normal trading hours – except for Armadale store which will trade 11am to 5pm.
Kmart
All Kmart st be open except for Esperance. Most of the Kmart stores will be open from 11am to 5pm.
