#TheHotplate: The Hotplate wins the Twitter war
Reviewing the statistics from the start of the week until today and no surprise given they had won the TV battle, The Hotplate was also the Twitter winner.
#Thehotplate generated an estimated 15.6 million Twitter impressions, while #RestaurantRevo generated an estimated 8.2 million Twitter impressions. It will be interesting to see if Hotplate can continue to stay ahead as both shows increase their social activity. Also as the shows progress and the contestants will begin to build their own following and influence online.
