Perth cider tour – how ’bout them apples?

On what might be the last few days before you can go and experience Perth producers for yourself (some for the first time after lockdown) the crew at Hidden deTours is at it again!

If an apple a day keeps the doctor away, then sign us up to tour Perth cider houses! Autumn is a beautiful time to visit orchards – and any time is a good time to have a couple of drinks and meet the people behind the cans.

What’s the deets?

Fourth in the Isolation Libation Tours from Hidden deTours is the ISO Cider Tour on Saturday 16th May (that’s this week folks!).

Visiting 5 cider houses in approximately 4 hours it’s a one of a kind tour experience behind the scenes – chatting with the cider-makers and staff about their cider production and range of ciders.

The crew will travel between the Perth HIlls and the Swan Valley bringing you all the juice on Perth’s cider scene.

Each cider house showcase is approx. 20 minutes and will feature 2-4 delicious ciders.

You can even pre-order the featured ciders prior to Saturday so can enjoy them whilst each cider house provides tasting notes!

ROLEYSTONE BREWING CO.

Roleystone Brewing Co. is found on the epic Raeburn Orchards. You’ve seen the pics on the gram – it’s a red/orange wonderland right now.

It’s worth tuning in just to see those breathtaking trees – but wait til you taste the cider and meet the team!

NAKED APPLE CIDER

This one takes some planning if you want to follow the guided tastings. The Naked Apple ciders can only be purchased from the cellar door with a meal (takeaway only due to current restrictions) BUT since it’s so exclu…and the food is amaze you should just get yourself organised and take a trip to Karragullen.

It’s stunning this time of year.

CORE CIDER HOUSE

Engage your core!

Core Cider House has a huge range of ciders and a gorgeous cellar door overlooking the orchard. Chat with the owner, manager and cider-maker while sipping on this zesty range.

CARMEL CIDER CO.

You’re in for a treat here folks! These guys know their way around an apple…and we’ve heard they might even mix up some cocktails.
