Official health advice suggests a review of WA’s border in 2 weeks time.

Mark McGowan has recently released the latest advice from the Chief Health Office in regards to WA’s borders.

Dr Andy Robertson has raised concerns about the current COVID-19 situations in Victoria and New South Wales – while improving, the measure to control importation outside of Western Australia remains appropriate.

The Chief Health Officer concluded that “the Quarantine (Closing the Border) Directions should remain as currently promulgated but should be reviewed in 2 weeks’ time.”
