New Luxe Cruise

Rottnest Cruises has launched the ‘Luxe Island Seafood Cruise’ – a floating degustation experience, hosted over four hours onboard a premium 69-ft charter boat.

New Faces To Familiar Places
But it’s not just the brand new that is different at Rottnest.
Settlement Mall
The mall has been refreshed in the off season just in time for your essential visit to Rottnest Bakery.
The $4.5 million redevelopment has been invested to revitalise the Settlement Mall and surrounds by improving services, accessibility, and family-friendly amenities.
Visitors can expect freshly paved walkways as you stroll between the shops and relax under the trees on the main strips in what feels like an open-plan cafe terrace.
The Basin
If you thought The Basin couldn’t get any better…
Rottnest Island’s popular swimming and snorkel spot, the Basin, has received a $2 million upgrade with new decking and grass areas, shade shelters, BBQ facilities, a new play space for the little ones (coming soon) and upgrades to the toilet and beach showers.
Discovery Rottnest Island Beach Club
Discovery Parks Rottnest Island has also had a touch up with a $1 million renovation of Pinky’s Beach Club and its new alfresco lawn space.
Enjoy a newly developed alfresco lawn space, with added areas of shade, a new outdoor Grab and Go food outlet, and a deck area boasting epic views of Pinky’s Bay and the iconic Pinky’s sunsets.
Large family guests will also welcome an upgraded accommodation option with the Deluxe Duplex Family Tent, showcasing a large shared deck and outdoor kitchen and shower.

Who says the fun has to stop?
Stay longer and enjoy even more island offerings with late return ferries throughout summer so that you can catch the sunset and extend that day trip even further.

Snorkel Trail
Things are also changing under the water with changes to the Little Salmon Bay Snorkel Trail.
Suit up with your snorkel and flippers and dive down to discover one of Wadjemup’s most extensive coral reefs at Parker Point Marine Sanctuary Zone, home to an incredible diversity of marine life.
